Celebration Media Prepares Fourth Quarter Ratings to Present the Talk of the Town Awards
Celebration Media and Talk of the Town News begin fourth quarter ratings to determine final 2012 Talk of the Town Customer Satisfaction Award winners
The Talk of the Town Awards honor companies and professionals that provide excellent customer service as reported by their customers through no-cost, user-review websites, blogs, social networks, business rating services, and other honors and accolades. Celebration Media’s dedicated team of researchers spend more than 18,000 hours each year analyzing customer experiences and rating each company or professional using its star rating system, CMUS Power Ratings™, to determine the award winners. Only those businesses with enough positive feedback, scores, awards and accolades to reach a 4-star to 5-star rating will win the award.
This is the fourth year CMUS and Talk of the Town News have honored companies for achieving high levels of customer satisfaction with the Talk of the Town Awards. To date, millions of companies have been researched and approximately 250,000 businesses have earned award-winning status throughout the United States and Canada. The types of organizations and professionals eligible to receive these awards include, but are not limited to, beauty salons, spas, restaurants, bakeries, dentists, auto repair facilities, veterinarians, home repair and improvement contractors, florists, hospitals, and physicians.
