Bohemian ViennaCC Against Obama

Sept. 10, 2012 - PRLog -- ViennaCC, a music & video producer from Vienna / Austria, declares himself against Barack Obama. ViennaCC:"This president is a lame duck. He did nothing but spreading hope. But that is not enough to solve the problems in the world. The only thing he did was that health care program, what has no impact to Europe. Financial crisis still shakes economy. Guantanamo is not closed. And troops still are in Afghanistan. President Obama was honored by the Norwegian Nobel prize committee for nothing else but giving hope to the world. It is easy to stand up and say 'yes we can'. It maybe enough to get elected, but it is not enough to be reelected."

ViennaCC publishes a song named "Yes We Do". The text of the verses are listings of failures. In the refrain ViennaCC comes up with the solution. He sings "What we need is YES WE DO, no more YES WE CAN".

ViennaCC:"That is the point. We need someone to stand up proclaiming 'Yes, we do'. The time for talking about change is over. The time for change has come. And I include the White House".

But why does a European musician makes a political statement about a Us president? ViennaCC:"USA is a world power. US politics has an impact to the world. The US president is the most powerful man in the world. So it is important to the world who gets elected to the White House."
