"Recalling Rishi Kapoor at Habitat Film Club"

The yesteryear’s actor has turned 60 this month. what makes interesting is his interaction with the film journalist Anna M.M Vetticad, opening the Film Festival on Septmeber 14th.
Sept. 10, 2012 - PRLog -- After his debut as Raju in Mera Naam Joker, he grew up to become a lover-boy in Bobby (1973) and lived up to this image in Prem Rog (1982) and Henna (1991). Not letting his charisma wane, he did Prem Granth (1996). Now was the time to reassure the audiences that he is not going away anywhere. He slipped into some character actor moulds as if he was prepping for the big Do Dooni Chaar (2010) and a villainous character in Ageepath (2012).

An interaction with the famed actor on Sept.14 will kick start a week long Retrospective of some of his most renowned works. The first in the series is Bobby, the film that went onto become the launching pad for the screen star, and that proclaimed his arrival on the big screen.
