Sept. 8, 2012 - PRLog -- One of the major benefits of using a virtual payroll system is the decreased cost of payroll processing. On average, it costs less than $20 to process each paycheck through a virtual payroll processing system such as Prime Pay, ADP, or Paychex. They normally charge at least $150 to setup your payroll because of all the forms that need to filed. (Payroll compliance is a specialty in itself because of all the Federal and State payroll rules.) The cost of setup and per check is still usually less expensive than hiring a specialized employee (such as a payroll manager, payroll clerk, or both) to process your payroll. Another benefit of using a virtual payroll system is that they keep up-to-date on new tax laws and regulations.
