Optimal Consulting President to Discuss Leadership in Project Management at Schlumberger-Sugar Land

Sept. 8, 2012 - PRLog -- Nobody said managing others would be easy, and whether you’ve been leading and managing for years, or you’re looking for ways to improve your skills as a leader, this session will help you to become a more influential, respected, and effective leader. This session will cover the 5 levels of leadership defined by internationally recognized leadership expert John C. Maxwell. You’ll learn how to become more influential and how to “invest” in your team and inspire them.

Project manager, technical lead, team leader--no matter what your official title, you’re expected to get the project completed through others. Project success depends upon your abilities as a coach, team builder, and skillful motivator. There are few natural born leaders.
