KPI Direct Expands to Meet Client Demand, Makes Inc. 5000 List of Fastest-Growing Private Companies
KPI Direct, an integrated direct marketing and brand management agency, today announced the expansion of its operations team. The company is also delighted to announce it has made the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in America.
At KPI Direct, Landele King, formerly a project manager for ElandersUSA, will analyze client data, manage daily reporting, and assist clients and coworkers as needed. Julie Morgan, a former risk analyst at PowerPay, will analyze, report on, verify, and use client data to assist senior-level staff in client campaign decisions.
Cathy Baucum, a former 14-year customer service manager for Godiva Chocolatier, and Julie Largay, formerly a quality analyst and supervisor with Seligman Data Corp., will monitor calls to help KPI Direct’s partnering agents enhance selling and diplomacy skills, evaluate customer responses to offers, resolve service issues, and help identify trends.
