Once I decided on a 2012 Edge he took time to explain leasing or buying options that were best for my situation. He was great at getting me the exact Edge I wanted by calling around to other dealerships to find the color and options I wanted. He worked late past closing time to get paperwork completed. I feel he worked hard to get me the best deal on my trade in too! He made the whole experience painless for me as this was my first new vehicle purchase. I called him an left a message, he quickly called me back and set up a time o get my old truck looked at. He set me up with Janice O to select my new truck.
