Jim Jermanok has spoken to dozens of audiences worldwide at colleges and universities, film festivals, theaters, and media/arts organizations on the 25 years of wisdom he has acquired on succeeding in the world of entertainment. For the first decade of his career, Jim was employed as an Agent at the premier entertainment agency, ICM (International Creative Management) where he represented Alan Arkin, John Guare, Helen Hayes, Arthur Miller, Shirley MacLaine, Dudley Moore, Henry Winkler and General H. Norman Schwarzkopf, among others. There, he was privy to understanding what tools and qualities actors, writers, directors, and producers used to succeed in the entertainment industry. What they have in common in contrast to the majority of creative folks who fail to make a living in their chosen creative field.
Jim Jermanok took his clients' advice and for the past 16 years has work as an award-winning writer, director and producer in independent film, theater, television and new media. In 2003, a full-length feature romantic comedy he wrote and produced, "PASSIONADA,"
