-- NEW YORK – September 10, 2012 – ALM’s Corporate Counsel magazine will host the Cross-Border M&A Forum, September 11, 2012, and the Cross-Border Litigation Forum, September 12, 2012, at The Harvard Club in New York City.
Each one-day event will highlight specific strategies pertaining to international M&A transactions and litigation, and are geared for in-house counsel and law firm attorneys involved at any stage and knowledge level.

Key topics for the Cross-Border M&A Forum will include combination strategies across borders; tax issues; losing/gaining corporate control; and due diligence pre- and post-mergers. Keynote and featured speakers will be Ben Gomes-Casseres, professor of international business and director of the MBA program at Brandeis International Business School and Ken Smith, associate dean, executive programs and associate professor, Department of Business, University of Guelph.
