Loyalty Pro Swamped With Inquiries Over New Tablet Technology System
Chester Company Is Inundated With Calls Following The Release Of New 'Slatepoint' Customer Loyalty Version
Business owners from across the region have been booking demonstrations of the new touch-screen tablets which have been designed to make the customer process faster, more comprehensive and user friendly.
“The inquiries we have received so far suggest Slatepoint ticks all the boxes for business owners,” said Loyalty Pro Technical Director Rob Meakin, speaking from the company’s Sandycroft HQ. “It makes the customer loyalty system more accessible from the point of view of customers and business owners alike.”
However, the new Slatepoint tablet version of Loyalty Pro has also produced an unforeseen security bonus for users of the technology according to Mr Meakin.
“As the Slatepoint tablet is also a communications device enabling users to send and receive voice, video, email and text messages, some Loyalty Pro clients have told us that they plan to use it to warn other retailers about shoplifters’
“It will provide retailers with a valuable early warning system that can be used to spread the word about any suspicious activities.”
Mr Meakin said the Loyalty Pro customer reward solution was currently being used by a wide range of individual businesses from shops and restaurants to retail chains and shopping centres.
However, it could also be adapted to work as part of existing loyalty schemes like Chester’s own Charisma Card.
“We can migrate information into our system from virtually any existing loyalty scheme, and we are always delighted to discuss its possibilities,”
