Uncle Calvin’s Coffeehouse Celebrates 30 Years of Acoustic Music

Sept. 5, 2012 - PRLog -- Dallas, TX – Uncle Calvin’s Coffeehouse, a non-profit, volunteer-run, church-based live music venue in North Dallas, will mark its 30th anniversary this November with a stellar lineup of shows.  Uncle Calvin's anniversary concert series runs from November 2nd through 30th, with three blockbuster concerts featuring some favorite past touring performers, and one show with a collection of local musicians and friends.

“It’s hard to believe we've doing weekly concerts for thirty years and we’re still going strong,” said Mike Hall, co-Manager of Uncle Calvin’s for the past four years.  “We’ve been extremely lucky to have the unyielding support of Northpark Presbyterian Church, and a loyal fan base that comes out to see our shows week after week.”

Tickets to the first of the Friday-night shows go on sale on September 5, and then every week after that.  A special package deal is also available for all four concerts, including a free souvenir T-Shirt and CD.  Tickets are available at www.unclecalvins.org.
