Dana Rader Golf School Participates in Patriot Golf Day through September 30, 2012

Sept. 4, 2012 - PRLog -- Dana Rader Golf School is proud to announce its support of the sixth annual Patriot Golf Day, a joint initiative of The PGA of America and the United States Golf Association. Golfers taking lessons at Dana Rader Golf School have a unique opportunity to donate a minimum of $1 to benefit the Folds of Honor Foundation (http://FoldsofHonor.org). The donations will be collected at Dana Rader Golf School August 31 - September 30, 2012 to provide post-secondary educational scholarships for children and spouses of military service men and women killed or disabled in the line of duty. The mission of Folds of Honor is to help ensure that no family is left behind in the field of battle by honoring their sacrifice and educating their legacy.

Since its inception in 2007, PGA Professionals have helped raise more than $12.8 million through Patriot Golf Day events, allowing Folds of Honor to award more than 3,500 educational scholarships. Patriot Golf Day allows the Folds of Honor Foundation to present an ongoing tribute to the brave service members by ensuring that the families of fallen and wounded warriors have hope for the right educational start to life and best future possible.
