-- Noelle Melanson, Esq. of Melanson Law PA has been named a Fellow for the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section (RPPT) of The Florida Bar.
The RPPT Section is a section of The Florida Bar that deals with developing real property, probate and trust law, and serves the public generally and The Florida Bar in interpreting and carrying out the public and professional needs and objectives in the fields of real property, probate and trust law. It also develops standards for ethical and competent practice in real property, probate and trust law. The Fellowship program encourages attorneys to become substantially involved in the Section work, receive leadership training and work closely with leading attorneys in their field.
Melanson is the founder and sole shareholder of Melanson Law PA. A resident of Florida since 1991, she earned her Juris Doctor from Florida State University. A member of the Florida Bar since 2003, Melanson is involved with the 20th Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee and the Florida Association of Women Lawyers. She also volunteers with local organizations including PACE Center for Girls and she serves as Vice Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Harry Chapin Food Bank of Southwest Florida.
