Christopher D. Desloge, Chairman of Madaket Growth announced that Profit Growth International, LLC, a performance improvement and business services firm, Strategy Leaders, Inc., a business improvement consultancy, and Maritz Motivation Solutions., a leader in performance improvement rewards and incentives, are combining their expertise to offer a comprehensive curriculum of analysis, planning, strategy, management, and performance improvement incentives and rewards tools which enable a company to improve the performance of every critical business function.

Madaket Growth, LLC along with two Madaket Growth executives will own 70% of Profit Growth International, LLC; and Andi Gray, President of Strategy Leaders, Inc. will own 30%. Andi Gray, President of New York-based Strategy Leaders will serve as CEO of the new company operating under the Profit Growth International (PGI) name.  Christopher D. Desloge will serve as the National President: Byron Wynton shall serve as the Chief Financial Officer, and Robert N. Hagnauer shall serve as Marketing Officer of PGI.

Financials were not released at the time of the launch of PGI, but Madaket Growth, LLC is estimating national expansion shall commence immediately to over 150 locations throughout the US, and at capacity the company is targeting a valuation of over $300 million (US) .  Expansion beyond the United States is likely.
