Washington, DC, Maryland, & Virginia Churches Called To Support The Save America Gathering!

Sept. 1, 2012 - PRLog -- The Servant Leaders of the Save America Gathering, the Washington, DC Prayer Gathering to be held on October 20, 2012, on the National Mall, are sending out a call for Maryland, Virginia, and especially Washington, DC churches and churchgoers, to rise up in support of the upcoming sacred assembly.

"We have opportunities for volunteers in several areas of service,"  said Robert Berry, a Servant Leader on the planning team of the event, which is scheduled to last from 8 am to 9 pm. "We still have openings for speakers and worshippers. We have opportunities for brothers and sisters to step forward and help run the event, itself. There remains an opportunity for helping to spread the word about the Save America Gathering throughout the world via the web."

Prime among the physical articles which could be provided for the event is portable stage equipment. Anyone possessing a portable stage, in the Washington, DC area and wishing to donate its use to Save America Gathering, or wanting to volunteer, may call Save America Gathering at: 925.957.9976.

Pastors, speakers, and worship artists are responding to God's call and volunteering to help with the conduct of the sacred assembly. Joining Pastors Portique and Marshelle Wilburn on the dais will be worship artist Janyce Cash, who will release an album on September 4th[http://www.tatepublishing.com/bookstore/book.php?w=847726...], and Courtney Moseley, who will minister at the event through testimony. Also speaking will be Yale Kim and Daniel Torres, who will speak about the young church.

"The overriding theme of this sacred assembly, at the seat of American power, is to enlist the unified people of God: Messianic Jews, Catholics, Orthodox Christians, and Protestants, to work in concert to perform the will of God on earth, specifically, in our Nation, the United States of America!" said Berry, who also emphasized that the event was rapidly approaching.

Save America Gathering is also partnering with Shofar Call International and Dennis McKirahan [http://www.shofarcall.com]. Shofar Call International will open and close the event with shofar calls, as well as blowing the shofar in accentuation of worship services throughout the sacred assembly.
