What if you went to the mailbox one day and received a letter from God asking you to host a dinner – God’s honor?

Award-winning author, composer and lyricist Rayme Sciaroni shares the irresistible story of Jenny, a woman in her early 50’s who receives such an invitation. Jenny is requested to invite to the momentous event anyone she chooses, as well as a person she doesn’t know very well. The guests are encouraged to each bring a dish they would like God to taste and to wear clothing they would like God to see them in.  

Is the letter a hoax?  Does Jenny dare put herself out there and have a dinner party for God?  While life is not great for Jenny, it is comfortable.  Her estrangement from her 23 year old son and her concerns for Kymberly, her best friend and real estate partner who courageously battles cancer, weighs heavily on her mind.  

Why would God choose HER to host a dinner party?  Is this truly God reaching out to Jenny or is it a silly joke?  Will God really show up? Sciaroni introduces you to an intriguing cast of characters in Jenny’s world and takes the reader on a journey of unforeseen surprises that far surpasses the expectations of Jenny and her guests, expanding their awareness of what or who ‘God’, or, among other names, ‘The Universe’, might mean to them.
