Florida Roofers Set to Begin Work on the Legendary Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club

Aug. 30, 2012 - PRLog -- Located on 125 tropical acres along the Gulf of Mexico, The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club has been welcoming guests, groups and gatherings of every sort since 1946. These renovations include the installation of several new roof systems across the hotel complex. West Coast Florida Enterprises, specialists in commercial/residential roofing, have been contracted through D. Garrett Construction to carry out the roof improvements.

The scope of the work is substantial, requiring expertise with Alpine steel trusses, aluminum standing seam roofing and a modified bitumen membrane system. The project also calls for the removal and replacement of approximately 20,000 sq ft of flat roofing and approximately 7,000 sq ft of trusses/metal roofing.

The project is scheduled to start in August and conclude in October with improvements being made to the new Everglades dining room, Promenade rooms, kitchen areas and several other buildings.
