| ![]() North Oaks Health System Continues to Respond to Tropical Storm IsaacNorth Oaks Medical Center remains open to care for hospitalized patients and those in need of critical emergency services. North Oaks Rehabilitation Hospital also remains open to care for hospitalized patients.
Due to dangerous travel conditions caused by Tropical Storm Isaac, elective surgeries and outpatient diagnostic, rehabilitation and infusion therapy appointments for Thursday, August 30 have been canceled. In addition, North Oaks physician and walk-in clinics will remain closed, and health education classes and support group meetings are canceled until further notice. The North Oaks Medical Center campus may be accessed from North Oaks Drive at its intersection with U.S. Hwy. 51 Business/Veterans Blvd. North Oaks Drive has been closed from its intersections with Emergency Services Drive and Club Deluxe Road. North Oaks Rehabilitation Hospital may be accessed from the main entrance.
