ITPER join the Association of Recruitment Consultancies Executive team

Aug. 29, 2012 - PRLog -- Tim Mirsadeghi is founder and Managing Director of ITP Education Resourcing (Itper), a specialist education recruitment agency with offices in London and Sydney.

He is also the latest member to be invited on to the executive team at the Association of Recruitment Consultancies.

Adrian Marlowe says ‘We are impressed with Tims’ energy and professionalism, and are very pleased to welcome him on board.’

Tims’ first job in the recruitment sector was working with Capstan Teachers, one of the biggest privately owned teacher recruitment agencies in the UK. Following the acquisition of Capstan by Capita Plc in the late nineties, Tim rose rapidly to the board of Capita Education Resourcing, a business turning over in excess of £80 million.

He left Capita Plc and founded Itper in 2003 as a dynamic, agile, service led business with strong values. He enjoys the continuous learning involved in running a high growth business in a very competitive and regulated sector.

Tim is a passionate advocate of executive coaching and mentoring, and he says; "I'm delighted and privileged to be joining the ARC executive. As well as relishing the opportunity to learn from the other distinguished members of the executive, I hope that my experience within education recruitment - one of the most competitive and regulated sectors of the recruitment industry - will add value and expertise to the group."

Tim has had an eclectic career history, in roles as diverse as research scientist in novel drug development, and being the full-time guitarist/ front man of a Los Angeles-based touring rock band throughout the nineties.
