9th annual Internatonal Bullying Prevention Conference

November 4-6th, 2012 at the InterContinental Hotel in Kansas City.
Aug. 28, 2012 - PRLog -- Kansas City, MO -- This event will bring together professionals from schools (pre-k through post-secondary) and community organizations interested in stopping bullying. The conference is designed for school counselors, health educators, researchers, coaches, lawyers, school administrators, social workers, community agency staff, school psychologists, restorative justice personnel, athletic directors, and others working with youth.
The conference theme, The Courage to Act: Working Together to End Bullying, speaks directly to the purpose of this important event; to be strengthened with new knowledge, research and practices which will inspire, invigorate, challenge and renew our collective courage to act collaboratively to stop bullying. Outstanding leaders from across the world, will provide research, strategies and solutions for schools and communities in bullying prevention and intervention to the participants.  A focus of this year’s conference includes the importance of adult, youth partnerships which are critical to our collective efforts.
