Shop & Share at Alex and Ani, Palm Beach to benefit H.O.W.
September is National Ovarian Cancer Awareness month, and to help bring awareness to this disease, the H.O.W. organization is teaming up with Alex and Ani for Palm Beach County's 2nd Annual Ovarian Cancer Awareness Day.
H.O.W. and Alex and Ani Palm Beach (located at 150 Worth Avenue, Palm Beach) invite everyone in the community to shop Alex and Ani Palm Beach on Friday, September 21, 2012, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. to benefit H.O.W. A generous 15 percent of the total sales at this "Teal & Tango" event will go directly to H.O.W. Beth Anderson and Kathleen Ashley are chairwomen of this much-anticipated Shop & Share event.
Guests at the Shop & Share "Teal & Tango" event will not only have a great time shopping knowing proceeds will help local women fighting ovarian cancer, but there will be raffle baskets, goody bags, Tappas provided by Cha Chas, and entertainment. Dr. Tayla Schwarzberg will also be in attendance and briefly update guests on some ovarian cancer research. A suggested $20 donation at the door will raise additional money for H.O.W. programs and services.
