Sherman Oaks, CA- Zalemark Holding Company, Inc. (ZMRK) subsidiary CompraLux™ enters into an agreement with MundoFox to launch in their new Spanish-language television channel around the United States with the goal of winning a large segment of more than 50 million Hispanics living in this country. Zalemark Holding Company, Inc's new subsidiary CompraLux™ Hispanic Shopping Network and MundoFox, with their new channel and programming, will collaborate to seize the portion of the Hispanic audience that currently holds a purchasing power of $1 trillion. This growing market is expected to represent a third of the U.S. population by 2050. MundoFox launched with their updated look and bold program line-up on Monday, August 13th in 50 U.S. cities directed toward the Latino communities in Los Angeles, New York, Miami and Houston.  The CompraLux™ agreement with MundoFox will be introduced in the Los Angeles market, which represents a demographic of over 4 million.

About CompraLux™- CompraluxTM will launch a unique television programming and on-line based shopping experience. The core of Hispanic values is the family and CompraluxTM will be the first shopping network to provide an affordable luxury shopping experience for the entire family. Hosted by well-known Hispanic celebrities, and other on-air personalities, CompraLux™ intends to create a “community” of loyal, repeat customers who will embrace the network’s shows and web presence as they do their familia.  The initial product line will consist of select designer jewelry and gemstones and will expand to include cosmetics and other personal luxury items.
