Martin appointed as New Compumatrix COO

Aug. 23, 2012 - PRLog -- Las Vegas, NV --- Ms. Erline Martin had been appointed by the CNII Board of Directors as the New Chief Operations Officer. The COO seat had been vacant for a month since Mr. Henry James Banayat had been appointed as Chief Finance Officer of the company and Ms. Martin had been performing the majority of duties associated with the office of COO.

"I'm ecstatic that Erline finally accepted the position. I've been lobbying that she is the best for that position considering that the goals and direction of this company is focused on the sales generated from the distribution of our prepaid card inventory. We needed a person who knows how to close sales and close sales fast.," according to Mr. Banayat, who also holds majority shares of Compumatrix.

Jane Maahs, Chairman of the Board of Directors for Compumatrix, also considers Ms. Martin as the best person to lead the Operations of the CNII.

CNII's business model is based on the creation of prepaid packages by perusing credits generated through user-generated content or through sale of prepaid packages. Prepaid packages can be used as advertising cards or as capital for retailers.
