-- The hospitality firm headquartered in downtown Spokane, FairBridge Hotels International, attended its third consecutive Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA) Northwest Regional Convention & Trade Show at the Red Lion Hotel on the RIver Janzen Beach in Portland, Oregon.
This was FairBridge’s third annual presence, and their exhibit was well-attended by the convention’s nearly 100 attendees. Hoteliers were impressed by the energy and passion of this expanding firm whose membership model bucks many long-standing franchising traditions. FairBridge offers a proprietary cloud-based property-management system (PMS), intelligent revenue management, and even mobile apps at a flat per-room membership fee to three separate market segments under the FairBridge, Dumont, and Loyalty brands.
Brand sales representatives made several qualified contacts. Relationship Revenue Manager, Amir Villarreal said, “Hotel owners need a medium to fight back in today's economically challenging landscape. Naturally, I strongly believe FairBridge is the vehicle to [hotel owners'] success. There is no question about it: we provide the most extensive service at the lowest cost.”
AAHOA’s nearly 11,000 members own more than 20,000 hotels (40% of all U.S. hotels) valued at $128-billion. Educational seminar topics at this convention included vendor consolidation, online travel agent management, and debt restructuring. FairBridge will also be attending the 2013 AAHOA Annual Convention & Trade Show in Houston, Texas, from March 26-29 at the George R. Brown Convention Center.
