Each team had to pay a £30 entry fee which went towards SiteVisibility’ As well as the financial benefit for NSPCC, charity fundraising also helps SiteVisibility to achieve its own business objectives. For example, the Search Agency works hard to understand and pre-empt customer feedback; with the quarterly customer surveys prompting answers to questions such as ‘do you think you get good value for money?’, ‘how quickly do we respond to your queries?’, and ‘how do you rate us out of five on relationship?’ SiteVisibility CEO Jason Woodford is a member of the South East Leadership Team of Business in the Community (BITC). One of the key areas of focus for BITC is to improve young people's skills, attitudes and understanding in preparation for the world of work and employment. As an Investor in People since 2003, SiteVisibility has also long displayed a commitment to nurturing talent and developing the Search Marketers of tomorrow. It is currently in its eighth year of sponsoring the “Best Digital Media Student” award at the University of Brighton, and recently presented the award at the prize-giving ceremony which honours the top 40-50 students in the School of Computing, Engineering and Mathematics. SiteVisibility also provides a third year placement opportunity for one student each year, helping them prepare for the world of work.
