Best Stand Up Comedians: Dylan Rhymer Releases Comedy Special Online

Best known for: State of the Week | CTV’s Comedy Now | CBC’s The Debaters; Dylan's special tackles religion, sex, politics. After sold-out shows in England, Scotland, Chicago, L.A., Toronto, Montreal and Tatamagouche NS, Dylan brings his unique style of comedy online.

Inspired by Louis C.K.’s successful download-to-own experiment, thestandupcomedians.com will be the first Canadian website to offer an entire catalog of original stand-up comedy titles DRM-free with no membership requirement. All titles offered are They Killed It Productions, Inc. originals, in which users can download-to-own DRM-free for $5.

“The stand-up comedians website was developed to give Canadian stand-up comics an easy way to distribute content to fans from around the world,” explained thestandupcomedians.com co-founder Paul Breau. “The site gives comics a way to deal directly with fans that might not otherwise get the chance to see them,” said co-founder Darrell Uhearn.

As part of the Best Stand Up Comedians 2012 Project, TheStandUpComedians.com will release additional original stand-up comedy titles throughout 2012.
