In order to qualify for the drawing you must visit our Sales Center,  be a new visitor to Town Center Collection, fill out a registration card, and in the market for a new home. Realtors may accompany you on 1st visit. No cost for raffle, raffle to be held Wednesday, August 22nd, 2012 through Friday, August 24rd, 2012. Winner will be notified by phone Saturday August 25th, 2012. Two pairs of tickets to be given away to two separate winners. Must be 21 or over to enter. If no response from winner within 1 hour of 1st contact, new ticket will be drawn.
