Introducing Social Media Archiving Express

Aug. 20, 2012 - PRLog -- Quest CE, premier provider of insurance continuing education and FINRA firm element training, is proud to announce the industry’s first self-serviced, social media archiving solution, Codex Express. Codex Express provides firms with the capabilities to track, monitor and archive all of their representatives’ social media interactions, without the administration of an outside provider. In three easy steps, compliance officers can set-up an account, enroll users, and launch their compliance program, affirming to FINRA that they are monitoring their firm’s social media communications.

In the first step, Codex Express provides the user with a cost-calculator to generate a service quote based on firm-specific needs. Users will be asked to check the service(s) to be archived (facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter), with the number of representatives to be tracked, to configure price.  The account will be processed once the user has placed the order and confirmed the purchase.

After completing the payment, an auto-confirmation will prompt the user to complete the provided Codex Enrollment Form. Here, the user will provide the first and last names of the participating representatives as well as their email addresses. The user must then assign a unique password for each active representative. Once complete, users will be asked to email the enrollment form to Codex@questce.com for processing. During this time, a dedicated account executive will activate the account, and contact the user to assist with the launch of the program.  

Once the enrollment form has been processed, the user will contact representatives with their log-in and set up information. Once the representatives have registered, and installed the archiving application, Codex will immediately begin capturing and archiving their social media interactions. Captured content includes status updates, stream posts, friend lists, likes, notes, photos and profile adjustments of the monitored uses, as well as the linked business page, InMail, Inboxes, group posts, connections and tweets.
