New yoga classes in the Viniyoga tradition in Bray, Ireland
Yoga for Balance principal to teach Viniyoga at the Novara Centre in Bray, Co Wicklow.
Announcing her latest initiative, Ann-Marie explained that the new series will last six weeks and will take place each Tuesday morning in the calm and welcoming space of the Novara Centre on Bray seafront.
“The new classes begin on Tuesday 11 September 2012, with the last class on 16 October. Each class will start promptly at 11.00am and end at 12.15pm. And the price is low at €75 for the series. I am looking forward to welcoming new enthusiasts and introducing them to Viniyoga.”

Viniyoga uses the breath as the guide, so all practitioners can work at their own pace and according to their own capabilities.
Postures are done in particular sequences so that old body/mind tensions are not reinforced or new ones created and also so that maximum benefit can be derived from the pose.
Postures are done dynamically, which helps make you stronger and more flexible and prepares the body and mind for holding postures which have a purifying effect on the energy system.
Vinigyoga has as its central text The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, which is a summary of 3,000 years of yogic knowledge.
