SpeakerCone.net | August Podcast 3-3

Aug. 23, 2012 - PRLog -- SpeakerCone.net is a music review and industry portal set along the coastline of Lake Michigan. It aims to serve up content reaching across Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, and Wisconsin. Expect to find articles about the best acts, the hottest venues, promotional websites & zines, shops, and anything related to music in our region.

Monthly we’ve been recording a short podcast (Conecast/The Episodic). During which we take the opportunity to play songs we like from the bands covered that month. The good people at Simple Squares (a Chicago based food snack company) sent us a few of their products to enjoy on the air. We loved them!

We added a new feature to the main functionality of the site this month as well. Bands & promoters: you can now post your dates straight to our database for approval. The posts can include flyers or graphics as well.

Get in touch with us, we looking to offer coverage to acts or anything you think readers might like from our focus region. That said, we’re interested in things beyond those boundaries too.
