New services and lower prices for vacation home services

Aug. 19, 2012 - PRLog -- We want as many people as possible to experience our care for their private vacation home that we’ve lowered the pricing on many of our best services.

Don’t worry, our quality and customer service hasn’t changed, only some of our prices.

Our regularly scheduled vacation home inspections have a new lower price. We decided to make less money so more people could take advantage of this great service. Peace of mind is what it’s all about. We can check on your vacation home as often or as little as you like. This includes:

   Checking that the doors and windows are closed and secure
   Checking the exterior and interior lights
   Checking the thermostat
   Checking the appliances
   Checking the plumbing fixtures and water heater
   Checking for evidence of pests
   Sweeping around the front door and picking up flyers
   Emailing you a signed/dated report along with digital photos to verify the condition of your vacation home

New prices start as low as $18.50 per visit.

We’ve also added some new services that some have been asking us to offer. They are a pre-vacation service and a post-vacation service.

The pre-vacation service is designed to get your vacation home ready for your arrival. It includes:

   Light sweeping/vacuuming of floors & dusting of furniture
   Checking that the refrigerator, faucets and water heater are functioning
   Setting the thermostat to your favorite setting so you don’t walk into a blazing hot or arctic cold house
   Leaving designated lights on in case of a late arrival.

This new service is only $25. What a great way to begin your vacation stay. We only ask for 48 hours notice prior to your arrival.

The post-vacation service is cleaning up after you leave so you won’t have to. After all, isn’t that what a vacation is all about? It includes:

   Sweeping/vacuuming of floors & dusting of furniture
   Washing your linens & towels (one load)
   Running the dishwasher as needed or hand-washing pre-rinsed dishes
   C0llect and remove one large bag of trash
   Reset the thermostat, close blinds/curtains & set the lights as required

5-star hotel service for only $49. You leave fully refreshed because you left the clean-up to us.
