Justice Is Mind Starts Principal Photography on August 24

Aug. 19, 2012 - PRLog -- Mark Lund, Executive Producer and Director, is pleased to announce that principal photography of the feature film Justice Is Mind will commence on August 24. Written in 2010 by Lund and produced as a short film in 2011 to present the concept of the story and as a capital raise vehicle, the independently produced feature is set in the near future where MRI technology has advanced to the point where it can not only read your long term memory, but can be used against you in criminal trials.

“I cannot be more proud of the cast, crew and locations we have secured to produce Justice Is Mind,” said Lund. “Since we announced funding to produce the film in May, the outpouring of support for this project has been tremendous. The enthusiasm of the talent on both sides of the camera, along with our location partners, will surely result in a quality motion picture.”

In Justice Is Mind businessman and restaurant owner Henri Miller has been afflicted with unexplained headaches since childhood that have increased in intensity into adulthood. When he has the new FVMRI procedure and it reveals that he has allegedly shot and killed two people on his property, the trial of the century begins in which a defendant’s own memory can be used as evidence. But all is not as it seems as a dark family secret held by Henri’s minister father Joseph reveals itself during the trial.

“I’m also very excited to be working again with some of the cast and crew from the short film version Evidence,” said Lund. “But what continues to inspire me is the amazing depth of talent we have in the region. Our auditions and crew postings have brought together a solid team to effectively produce Justice Is Mind.”
