My Mart joins hand for Bachpan Sawaro Campaign

On the occasion of 65th Independence Day, My Mart joins hand with a city based NGO CASP Plan which helps in the education of over 8000 kids studying in different schools to start “Bachpan Sawaro Campaign” and help the socially and economically weaker children to attain a better future. Under this campaign, My Mart will select different schools and begin special celebrations to bring happiness in the life of these children and contribute to bring them to the main stream kids.  
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Pawan Agarwal, CMD PB Retail said, we are extremely delighted to associate with CASP Plan which work for the education of children from socially and economically weaker families. Independence Day seems the best day to start a noble initiative like Bachpan Sawaro Campaign for the kids in need. Under this we will be contributing books and help in establishing school library, introduce fun games, puzzles etc in the school for development of children and would celebrate every occasion with them. This is an extension of our initiative to be a part of these kids for which My Mart stands.
Yatendra Barthwal, Programme Manager, CASP- Plan NGO seems equally excited with this alliance with My Mart. He says that the kids here need the love and support from people and need to mix with the kids from diverse sections. This opportunity will help these kids to mix with the outer world.
Aptly named Bachpan Sawaro Campaign will target children from different schools to celebrate different occasions and festivals with these kids and take a step further to bring smile on their faces. On every festival, My Mart team will visit these kids to monitor their progress and celebrate a moment of cheerfulness and delight with them.
The campaign starts today with full celebration and various competitions to engage the children of CASP Plan. All the kids actively took part in drawing, painting, poem recitation, and some sporting events organized by My Mart. Children painted some beautiful paintings based on the theme Independence Day, sang patriotic songs & poems and danced to the tune of some bollywood numbers.
Children waved the Tri Colour in air and wished each other Happy Independence Day. To mark the end of celebration, winners in each category were awarded with prizes and sweets & prizes were distributed among all the participating kids.
