 Mr. Pulver presents companies for merger or aquisition and was never an officer of FLVB. He also never issued or offered any shares of stock in said company for sale or conveyance. Mr. Pulver suffered irreparable  harm to his character due to the non-factual Internet postings related to the previous "old" and "new" Flavor Brands corporations listed with the Utah Secretary of State with the same name.

Mr. Pulver has been a business consultant for over fifteen years and serves his clients with the utmost ethics and integrity.
