Black Out Child Abuse Foundation Supported by Dallas Cowboys ESPN Hall of Fans Finalist Shelby Kelly
NFL Dallas Cowboys sports fan, and ESPN Hall of Fans finalist, Shelby Kelly, creator of the Spirit Star Hat, publicly announced her support of the Black Out Child Abuse Foundation and their campaign this week.
“We’re proud to have such a devoted sports fan and outspoken supporter of the Black Out Child Abuse Campaign” stated Joe Swantack, CEO of Spirit Pen Promotions, LLC, the founder of the Black Out Child Abuse Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. “Ms. Kelly brings a wealth of energy to our effort to bring attention to our national campaign” Mr. Swantack continued.
