Aug. 15, 2012 - PRLog -- If you’re looking for information on keeping pet goats then goatsaspets.org is for you.  A small holding of goats can be an excellent source of milk and meat for the owner and by raising goats themselves the owners can be confident they are raised in a healthy manner. Goats can also keep garden land practically weed free. The site has been created to provide guidance on how to keep a small holding of goats.

Goats are social herd animals and it should be planned to allow at least two goats to live together. The best breeds to keep will vary dependant on whether the main reason for keeping them is milk, meat or fibre, or whether they are primarily kept as domestic pets.
