Free Family Portraits For National And Local Patriots And Heroes

Aug. 15, 2012 - PRLog -- Chicago, IL, August, 2012 – Calumet Photographic is proud to announce that they will be offering complimentary family portraits to those who have served our country and communities at both its Chicago and Oak Brook retail locations on Saturday, September 15, from 10 a.m.
to 5 p.m., and Sunday, September 16, from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. In appreciation for their patriotic service, all military (active, retired and reservists), police, fire and other first-
responder personnel and their immediate families are welcome to take advantage of this
unique opportunity.

“As a way of saying ‘Thanks’ to our national and local-community heroes, we have pulled together the Chicago-area photo community to offer a 20-minute professional photo session for each family,” said Bill Skinner, Calumet Chicago General Manager. “These are people who have risked their lives and sacrificed precious time with their families in order to ensure our safety. This relatively small gesture of gratitude is the very least we can do for them in return.”

Depending upon the size of each group, there should be ample time to photograph a variety of poses and groupings. Each family will receive one 8.5 x 11" print and a CD of all of the images. In an effort to share our thanks with as many families as possible, we ask that subjects be limited to immediate family only. Appointments must be scheduled in advance by calling 312.944.2774 x2234.
