Gloria Larkin Speaking at the APTAC Fall 2012 Training Conference
TargetGov President Gloria Larkin will be speaking about effective marketing strategies, utilizing social media effectively, and using media in general to get the desired effect.
The conference will take place in Washington, DC and its theme is, “The Responsiveness Requirement:
Gloria Larkin will discuss ways to identify appropriate social media and networking sites, how to reach targets through these same sites, and managing business time spent on each site. She will also identify best practices for media marketing and practices to avoid.
The workshop is designed to clarify the confusing world of social media as well as help plan effective strategies that will help in public relations activities.
“The Procurement Technical Assistance Centers (PTAC) is one of the most valuable nationwide resources available to help business people see success in the government marketplace. I am honored to be invited to speak to the PTAC trainers about the use of media in effectively marketing businesses in both the public and private sectors,” said Gloria Larkin, “very few business people understand the new world of social media or how press releases have evolved in the internet age. We will cover new trends and the tactics that mean success through electronic marketing.”
