Aug. 15, 2012 - PRLog -- Agile and Lean Office (Key to Increasing Profit and Employee/Customer Satisfaction) Why Agile and Lean Office?

That’s the question that Ade Asefeso answers in his new book. “Agile and Lean Office (Key to Increasing Profit and Employee/Customer Satisfaction)”

Ade starts off explaining a bit of the history of lean, which traces its roots to lean manufacturing and the Toyota Production System developed in the 1950's. He said “This system, and the thinking behind it, is widely credited with giving Japanese manufacturing and Toyota in particular, a significant edge.”

In Ade’s new book, he explains how the question. Should I use Lean office instead of Agile office? Is based on a false premise. He stated that “Office environments are complex systems. There can be thousands of integration points as information flows along a value stream. As a result it is almost impossible to understand in detail how a change to one part of a value stream will impact the rest of the system-wide value streams of the organization.”

Ade pointed out that “The Agile and Lean approach use a program of continuous performance improvement. This approach does not try to accomplish too much at once and risk complete failure, but to make an incremental change to a value stream, wait for the system to settle down, fully understand the system-wide impact of the changes, and then decide what new change to make.”

Ade spent a lot of his time representing various companies either at supply chain level, operational level, sales and marketing level, and senior executive level across Asia, North America, Africa, Eastern and Western Europe.

Ade is currently the CEO of AA Global Sourcing Ltd. A company that helps local businesses outsource so that they can enjoy the benefits that used to be enjoyed by big corporations for years.

All this still doesn’t make mention of Ade’s increasingly successful career as an author, of numerous books on Finance, Business Ideas, Personal Development, Self help, Outsourcing, Lean manufacturing, Agile and Lean Office, Lean Office, Real estate and Online Marketing.
