Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors Launches New Logo Design

Aug. 13, 2012 - PRLog -- Following last January’s historic merger of three local REALTOR® groups, the Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS,® (HGAR) has launched  its new logo symbolizing the regional presence of the combined organizations.  HGAR currently represents more than 9,000 real estate professionals in Westchester, Putnam, Rockland and Orange Counties.

The new logo was designed by Meadow Art & Design of Fair Lawn, NJ and depicts a bridge connecting the lower Hudson Valley region.  “We needed a new design that embraced our entire market area,” said HGAR CEO Richard Haggerty.  “It’s a terrific symbol of the merger and it really is a bridge of the four REALTOR®  associations from both sides of the Hudson River,” added HGAR President Nancy Kennedy.

The new logo will also represent HGAR’s subsidiary, the Hudson Gateway Multiple Listing Service (HGMLS), which lists properties in all four counties plus the Bronx, Dutchess, Ulster and Sullivan counties.

The Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS® (HGAR) is a not-for-profit trade association covering over 9,000 real estate professionals doing business in Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, and Orange counties.   HGAR is comprised of the former Westchester Putnam Association of REALTORS® (WPAR), Rockland County Board of REALTORS® (RCBR) and Orange County Association of REALTORS® (OCAR).
