Fall is the perfect time to explore the spectacular redrock canyons of Capitol Reef National Park, Robbers Roost and the Dirty Devil Wilderness Area.  The days are sunny and warm and the nights full of spectacular stargazing.  NAWLS offers canyoneering adventures ranging from one day to a week long.  Join us on a scheduled trip or create your own personalized itinerary.

Red Rock Yoga and Hiking Retreat:

Relaxation, adventure and wellness in an unforgettably beautiful setting?  With this unique, adventure-based retreat, you can have it all!  We are partnering with Lydia Lagrou of Leela Wellness and Yoga to offer this amazing adventure vacation.  Lydia will provide invigorating vinyasa style yoga in the morning and restorative yoga in the evening.  NAWLS will provide scenic hikes and a full day basic canyoneering adventure you won't soon forget.  To fuel your activities, the retreat will feature healthy and delicious vegetarian meals.  Oh, and did we mention that the retreat takes place amongst goblins?  Join us October 7-12, 2012 in Goblin Valley State Park in Southern Utah.
