SISNWINC Announces Merger with Pacific Imaging Solutions, Inc.

Aug. 16, 2012 - PRLog -- Spectrum Information Services NW, Inc., a leader in document scanning, workflow automation, cloud based document management, and health care solutions announced a merger with Pacific Imaging, a provider of imaging services and solutions. With the merger SISNWINC reaffirms its position as the region's premier provider of document scanning and paper elimination solutions.

As part of the merger, Peter Stember, Pacific Imaging's Founder and President, has joined the SISNWINC team as Director of Operations. Mr. Stember has over 20 years of experience in the information management industry, including positions with Electronic Data Systems (EDS) and McKesson.

The deal augments SISNWINC's tremendous scanning capacity with Pacific Imaging's workflow automation and cloud based document management capabilities, providing an expanded suite of offerings for both company's customers.
