Participants of Institute CFA's press lunch discussed trends in the financial industry labor market

Aug. 10, 2012 - PRLog -- On the threshold of the recruiting season, Institute of CFA, the worldwide association of specialists in the field of investment, organized a meeting of experts to discuss the current situation on the labor market in the investment and banking industries in Russia. The event took place in the format of a press lunch with a participation of Russian federal and regional media. The full PR support was provided by communications agency Fleishman-Hillard Vanguard.

Experts of the Institute of CFA, Michael Page, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Renaissance Capital and Troika Dialog took part at the press lunch. Participants discussed the specifics of employees selection for buy-and sell-side, the requirements for applicants in Russia and abroad, and aspects of building a career in large corporations and boutique structures and much more.

By analyzing the main trends of increasing competition in the market, observed in Russia and abroad, the experts made a consolidated forecast for Russia. HR-managers noted a competitive advantages of potential Russian candidates and mentioned increasingly important role of education or advanced training of international standard.
