Aug. 8, 2012 - PRLog -- Special dragons Martial Arts and Exercise Program for Autistic and Special needs Children will begin classes in late September in conjunction with The Clifton Boys and Girls Club and The Clifton N.J. School System. This program will benefit special children of all levels of abilty. Northern N.J. may have the highest percentage of Autism in the country and this much needed program is long overdue. Research has shown that martial arts can be beneficial on many levels for challenged children. The program director george Bostory is a long time resident of Northern N.J. and is an accomplished Martial Arts instructor and accerdited Special Educator.
Special dragons recently held benefit cocerts for its "ROCK AUTISM" FUND RAISING AND AWARENESS PROGRAM. Events on 8/1/2012 at The Bitter End in NYC and on 8/2/2012 at The Old Canal Inn in Nutley N.J. were a great sucsess. Performances by JOHNNY REV AND THE JONES, THE MORNINGWOOD BROTHERS and TRAFFIC JAM were warmly recieved by many on both sides of the Hudson. All proceeds raised will benefit the SPECIAL DRAGONS PROGRAM.
