Aug. 8, 2012 - PRLog -- PHOENIX, ARIZONA, 8/8/2012- With goliath companies like Starbucks and Green Mountain Coffee Company dominating the coffee mass market, it is difficult for the thousands of local artisan coffee roasters to make a dent on a national scale, until now. MistoBox is partnering up with coffee roasters to take them from local heroes to national stars by introducing their coffee to subscribers across the country in monthly sampling boxes and in MistoBox’s online marketplace.

Simply put, independent coffee roasters make a superior product, both in quality and flavor. They develop relationships with coffee farmers all over the world and carefully roast each bean in small batches. The flavors that result are remarkably different. Unfortunately, these roasters do not have the huge marketing budgets to bring these flavors to customers nationwide.

“The problem lies with the consumer's choice of convenience over quality, but now they don't have to choose”  says Samantha Meis, MistoBox co-founder. “ Now the little guys can finally compete on a national scale. Once consumers experience how easy it can be to buy great coffee, there’s no turning back.”

MistoBox is making it easy. Every month, MistoBox sends subscribers sampling boxes that include four 2 oz. coffee samples from four roasters across the country. Each roaster is a local hero that has a story and is making a difference in its own way. MistoBox’s August box included 2011 Micro-Roaster of the Year Conscious Coffee from Boulder, CO, Water Avenue Coffee from Portland, OR, Brown Coffee Company from San Antonio, TX, and Just Love Coffee Roasters from Murfreesoro, TN. Subscribers can go to http://www.MistoBox.com to get a bag of their favorite coffee beans with free shipping.

“We cover the cost of shipping on a full bag of our subscribers favorite each month,” says Connor Riley, MistoBox Co-founder, “We want to ramp up the roasters sales and to show people that buying coffee online can be easy. It’s time to change the way people think about buying coffee.”

Coffee culture is changing. It is time for superior coffee to reign supreme.
