Chef extraordinaire Graci Kim, of the NZ Foreign Service and student in Taipei, reviews raw food convention in Taipei, Taiwan.

Last month, I attended the most amazing Raw Food workshop with “health coach” and raw food extraordinaire, Adela Stoulilova.  Who knew raw food could taste so bloody scrummily delicious?!  This picture of me eating that stunning blueberry cheesecake is in fact, 100% raw!
