Autumn Markley Teams Up With “Taylors Closet” to Help FosterCare Girls look for a Forever Family
Fort Lauderdale based hair stylist Autumn Markley, known for her work with clients in New York & South Florida, is honored to be a part of a project to help young girls in the South Florida foster care system find an adoptive family.
Taylor’s Closet is a privately owned boutique that provides love and hope to girls in need through a free shopping experience. Girls who have been abused, injured or who are just basically suffering from a lifetime of hopelessness, come into the store and find out that someone cares – that all these beautiful new, designer clothes are there for them – completely free. But even more important is the hope they leave feeling loved and valued.
“I am honored to meet with these young girls and hope that a little pampering will bring out their inner beauty and put a smile on their faces,” says Markley.
Autumn Markley grew up in a small town in Maine and adored the world of hair since she was a little girl. She received her cosmetology license in 2001 but mastered her cutting skills in 2008 at the Vidal Sassoon Academy in Santa Monica California. Over the years her passion & creativity has gained her recognition among some of the biggest names in the industry. Learning and living as a stylist in South Florida Markley is known for her work with blondes. Autumn is dual licensed and has a successful clientele in both Florida and New York, which has given her the opportunity to present her creativity through many editorials, photo shoots, and music videos.
