Glow Garden Returns to the Ellen Powell Tiberino Memorial Museum

The event will feature live music, fire spinners, aerialists, bodypainters, glow hoopers, fan dancers, glitter and bubble ballerinas and other specialty performances in their famous garden courtyard.
Aug. 7, 2012 - PRLog -- Funtown and Psy-Fi Productions are presenting their second blacklight garden party in the Ellen Powell Tiberino Memorial Museum's famous garden courtyard on Saturday, August 18. The event will feature light installations by JK Concepts that will transform the Museum's sculptures, 3D murals, treehouse and exotic plant-life into an illuminated playground for both the performers and audience members.

Psy-Fi Productions' producers Agent Zero, GoldenSpiral, DJ HA, Red Hat, Mr. Manic and Countervulture will provide the soundtrack for the evening while Funtown artists contribute hours of entertainment on both the garden's stone-paved stages and high up in the glowing canopy. The show will feature aerialists, glow hoopers, fan dancers, bubble and glitter ballerinas, fire performers and a whole crew of Funtown's Bodypaint.Me live painters. All audience members are encouraged to become part of the experience by getting bodypainted during the party.

Glow Garden is open to those that are over 21 and will start at 8 p.m. and end at midnight.

The Ellen Powell Tiberino Memorial Museum is located at 3819 Hamilton Street, Philadelphia, PA.
