Only Josie Knows, A Thoroughbred owned by Josie Goldberg, Set to Race at Del Mar

Aug. 7, 2012 - PRLog -- Only Josie Knows, a thoroughbred horse owned by Playboy model and reality star Josie Goldberg, will race for only the second time in a $70,000 Special Maiden Race at the Del Mar Thoroughbred Club in Del Mar, California on Sunday, August 12, 2012.

Only Josie Knows will be making her second appearance after an upset at Betfair Hollywood Park on July 14, 2012. Owner Josie Goldberg purchased Only Josie Knows with Italian Businessman Phil Daniels, and entered the world of thoroughbred racing after appearing on the Dr. Phil Show where she was labeled “spoiled and entitled” by Phil and his guest, publicist Kelly Cutrone. Josie purchased thoroughbred horses and is devoting her time to racing those horses.

Only Josie Knows’ jockey wears the signature black and yellow silks, selected by Goldberg personally. When asked why she chose those colors Goldberg stated, “I chose black and yellow because my last name is Goldberg and everything I touch turns to gold, also the Jewish star is gold."
