Belle Fountain Achieves Perfect Score On Annual Michigan State Survey
Founded in 2006, by Charles Dunn, Belle Fountain’s state-of-the-art facility specializes in short-term cardiac, respiratory, and orthopedic rehabilitation.
“We certainly couldn’t be prouder of our staff and all their hard work. They continue to exceed our expectations as well as State and Federal mandated requirements for our rehabilitation facility,” said Marketing Director Michele Guzik. “ We especially want to thank our Director of Nursing Angie Blackburn and Roberta Wade, Nursing home Administrator for their leadership and abilities to direct our wonderful staff in demonstrating that we are the best sub-acute care location in Michigan.”
